Raman Kumar

Raman Kumar, Group Vice Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of CBay, founded the company in 1999. He is responsible for devising CBay's overall global business model, strategy and management. Under his leadership and guidance, the Company has had a meteoric rise to become the 3rd largest healthcare transcription technology and services company in the USA and the largest healthcare BPO Company in India. All this has happened in short span of six years, which speaks volumes of Raman's leadership and charisma. Some of his significant successes include the various business acquisitions in the US and India, launching of CBay's wide range of innovative solutions, creating greater operational efficiencies, managing a multinational and multicultural work force, and most importantly helping CBay to be ranked among the top technology companies in the US by Deloitte, Forbes.com, Healthcare Informatics and Inc magazines.

Raman has had a fulfilling academic career. He is a Bachelor of Arts. (Hons.) and Master of Arts from St. Stephen's College, New Delhi. He attended the School of Organization and Management at Yale University, graduating in 1988, with an MBA. Raman has an extensive career spanning 22 years, in managing public and private enterprises.

M S Ramakrishna

Ramakrishna is one of the founder Directors on Karvy Group of Companies - Karvy Consultants Limited, Karvy Securities Limited, Karvy Stock Broking Limited, and Karvy Investor Services Limited. He is a founder Director in East India Petroleum Ltd,. This is a joint venture with M/s SHV Energy, a Netherlands based company. He has also floated a pharmaceutical company M/s Nitya Laboratories Ltd for bulk drug manufacturing. He is a Member of the Hyderabad Stock Exchange for over a decade and has occupied coveted positions on many occasions as a leading stockbroker.

Dinesh Kumar

Dinesh Kumar is the Director and COO of CBay's Indian operations, Dinesh oversees the strategy and lends direction to the central backend operations of the company. His drive and leadership are primarily instrumental for the smooth implementation of CBay India's policies and programs. Dinesh is the force behind the Company's exponential growth since inception. Prior to joining CBay, Dinesh, served as Joint General Manager, with the Essar Group and Associated Cement Companies.

Dinesh brings on board more than 18 years of experience in project management, finance and corporate relations and has a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Bangalore University and Master in Management Studies in finance from Bombay University.
