Our Banjara Hills’ center houses an ergonomically designed state-of-the-art infrastructure covering 20,000 Sq. ft. premises spread over 5 floors which accommodates transcription, quality and training departments, cafeteria and recreational rooms. This 400 seater facility can accommodate around 1200 Medical Transcriptionists. The newly inaugurated 3 storey, 14,000 sq.ft.. production center at Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, can accommodate 250 staff. Our Vijayawada center which is situated around 400 kms. from Hyderabad has a seating capacity of 150.
All our centers are equipped with high powered DG sets with unlimited power back-up, high-speed internet access, latest configured servers and workstation computers.

- Implemented privacy and security policies, and ensures effective company-wide privacy and security awareness
- Continuously monitor privacy and security awareness, education and training program, as well as compliance program
- Our workforce has been trained and educated on corporate policies on privacy and security, and they receive ongoing training throughout the year. Employees have signed a PHI Confidentiality Agreement.
- Access control systems have been established at vital entry and exit points
- Restricted access to Internet, printers, server rooms. Absence of disk drives on MT machines
- Stringent firewall security
