Process
Our Medical Transcription quality processes are
based on the principles of continuous improvement and the accuracy of
work is regularly measured. These metrics are reviewed to highlight
areas for improvement followed up by additional training and/or process
changes.

Quality monitoring and initiatives
- Identification of areas requiring support
for each individual and ensuring support in the problem areas.
- Allotment of mentors to under-performers
to improve quality to production floor requirements.
- Specific sessions in formats, punctuation,
etc.
- All under-performers given individual and
group feedback for a two-week period under Quality Department’s
guidance and monitoring.
Feedback implementation
Account-Specific Feedback
- Compilation of errors from commented documents
to a single word document and the compiled feedback document made
available to the MTs and PRs by 8:00 a.m IST.
- Based on the compiled feedback, errors are
tracked to the respective MTs and PRs and individual feedback is given.
- Daily feedback sessions on the floor for new
accounts
