CKar Systems meets its growing need for competent medical transcriptionists by providing training to graduates aspiring to enter the MT profession. The candidates are given free training and are selected through a stringent selection process. The training offered by the company is unique and is considered to be one of the best in the industry. The training program is conducted in batches round the year.
Aspects of training
Medical Transcription is a highly skilled profession and requires extensive studying and training. During the training program, the candidate are inducted into various facets of medical transcription, as follows:
- Medicine - Anatomy & Physiology
- American English- Grammar, Syntax & Phonetics
- Computers- MS Windows & MS Word
- Medical Transcription- Practice voice files & keyboarding techniques
- Typing- To acquire speed & accuracy
The training is imparted from Monday through Saturday and the duration of the training will be for 6 months.
Basic qualifications needed to join the training program:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good command over the English language
- Good listening skills
- Fascination for medicine
- Basic knowledge in computers and typing skills would be added advantages
